Hi

This is something a struggle with, especially when it goes wrong. Obviously we all start off small and try and make our banks grow a bit each time we trade. But being a newbie my bank is only £120 ish at the moment. I try and follow a staking plan but then sometimes I will have 50% of my bank on trade.
I mean when I trade and make a small amount, 3-5% of bank or less I find it frustrating to think that I have just sat here for that money.
I look forward to the day where I may be able to get returns of more than £25 a game. I have read a few books relating to trading psychology and the three biggest things that I'm up against are greed, lack of discipline and being impatient.

Just thought I would share my thoughts with you guys and look forward to what opinions you may have on it.

Hi there,

What improved my mental state of mind for trading was by reading a book called "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas.

The book discusses Finance Trading but you can apply it to Sports Trading. There is a lot of waffle but reading the relevant chapters is definitely recommended.

I have a pdf of it which I can e-mail anyone for free. Just e-mail me at rick @ premierbettingclub.com (no gaps in e-mail address just want to avoid spam)

Cheers

Fordster

Thanks Ford, nice gesture.

Am going to write a page or so on money management next few days which will go out to the members. Just a little something with regards staking etc.
