Hi all

I'm treading water here :|

Just got my first TOTD - England v Egypt - and I've backed the three correct scores. What now?

Does Bingo or Adster start up a live webinar where us newbies can copy the moves on Betfair in another window?

I mean, yes, i've done a bit of trading, LTD and back the favourite, but nothing like three different CSs

I have watched the Nugget Nibble video and thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned something. But I don't feel equipped to trade tonight on my ownsome :(

I tried the chat room for some advise - there were two members in there but they didn't feel like talking so I came out.

Anyway, I'm hoping some smart traders will get back to me before kick off - well before kick off in fact.

Cheers

Vic

hello.

for the trades totd go in the chatroom. there was talkling live about totd and you can take all moves which adster and bingo do for this trade.
if you try to do it alone first you must find a game which is good for (example. aa or nn etc.)
and then inplay you must look what happens with the game. comes one goal or not.
dont afraid. for totd come into the chatroom 10 minutes before the game begin and you will helped.

Thanks Vertexer

I did get to the chat room for the England game but I went in totally unprepared for the rare event where the match turned out to be a dodgy one. Although I came out with a small loss it was a good experience and the chaps were great.

I'm now reading the articles and watching the videos. Looking forward to the next one - AA in the Dusseldorf match.

Cheers mate

Vic

hello.

the both games war really unlucky. nobody had expected that egypt scores first.
and düsseldorf was a worth game with 0-0. unlucky too. because düsseldorf
normally scores at home in the first half. if you had taken the stake with 30 and
for the insurrance 5 , you had benn come out with a little bit red of ca. 5 .
and thats not bad i think. but its normal that not all trades goes green.
im surelly it will be comes better the other trades.
also dont give up

Absolutely no chance of giving up Vertexer ;) I've been betting on football a couple of years now and I know trading is the way to go. I've had a few lay the draws but I want to learn how to trade all the other markets. I also want to get to grips with insurance bets and what 'gaps' are and how they can be exploited.

There's a fair bit to learn for me but I am up for it.

Best of luck today mate. I'm off to Carrow Road so unfortunately will miss a totd if there is one at 3pm.

Some excellent trades yesterday in the chat room with both Villa and Everton games.

Yes, not every trade will be a winner, impossible! we'd all be millionaires if that was the case! We only call it how we think and of course whilst we get a good % correct we will get some wrong but trading is knowing how to deal when trades go against and limiting losses. To show how hard it is go out and buy a paper called Racing and Football Outlook and see how many matches they call wrong!!

Limiting losses comes with time and experience.
;)

That's what I am going for Ads, experience. At the moment I can't get my head around the mathematics of insurance - I suspect you need a certain sort of brain to master that. The other thing I am wondering about is 'gaps' - what's the score on them (excuse the pun) please, Ads?

hello.
yes you need many brain. for me is cs trading totally new. but you can only learn it if you do much training. if you try to trade alone make the simplest system how aa or nn. this system are not so difficult and you can do it alone. other system will be come in the totd.
and there is much help in the chatroom. adster and bingo have many experience and know always what do to. and they will help us.
my prob is often how to stake all. but with the time and many trades it will be easier and easier to handle this.

Hello Vertexer

Yes, I totally agree. As Adster says - 'time and experience' - with those we will just get better at it.

See you in the chat room this evening for Colchester v Brighton?
