Hi,

I want to share my thoughts regarding this strategy. Main thing is that if we look to statistics to goals per mach we can see 2,4 average and more. So by just backing o1,5 it should be wining in long term. But if goal goes in late and you lay that price it could be only a scratch trade. So by only backing and laying RIO is not big. So my sugestion is:

Lets say we decided to back 20eur, we can divide this sum and put like that.

Lets say our starting price of o1,5 is 1,4.

So we start backing (remember we decide to use 20eur)

1,4 - 2eur
1,45 - 2eur
1,5 - 2eur
.....
1,9-2eur. (until we used 20eur)

Of course if goal goes in early you had no time to put all sum (20eur) but i think ROI is way better then just by backing inicial price.

Here is my results of this strategy:

Money i used profit (-5%)
6eur 1,22eur
7eur 1,37eur
4eur 1,15eur
5eur 1,68eur
16eur 5,19eur
6eur 0,98eur

Seams to be ok, but then i used bigger amounts and let the trade ride. Realy thougt where shoud be goals.

30eur -30eur (game ended 0-0)
30eur -22,94eur (game ended 0-0)

All i need is exit strategy, maybe if no goal in 60 min just take the loss.... Or smt else.

Any thoughts guys?

I used to do exactly this, but got sick and tired of trading out before 60 mins only for the game to end with at least two goals. I found this strategy to be a loser in the long run and so I abandoned it a long time ago. In the end, I just started backing them as a straight punt. I haven't done so since I started trading proper and avoid traditional gambling at all costs.

If you wait for 2 goals i think it's too risky. But for now i lay after 1st goal no matter what. I'll give info after a week or so how it's going on.

That's just my point Ahoj. Trading out after first goal or 60 mins wasn't profitable for me because I found, all too often, that those games were I correctly predicted 2 or more goals saw those goals coming after I'd traded out for a loss.

How about if you take 0-0 as insurance... if there is no goal the price should be around 2.5 - 3, ( is it was 10 at KO)

You definately need insuranse, 0-0 can work out, just have to figureout regarding stakes. At the moment trying other strategy and work on this one later.
