Hey folks,

I`ve been playing on betfair for a few months now but only with small stakes and now i want to try take it to the next level. I came to betfair for the better odds but soon i saw the potential of trading. Since i have no idea about the horse markets i turned my attention to football. I had my good days and my bad days during this time but i somehow managed to keep my 20 euro bank at the same level.

Lessons learned:
1 Greed kills your banks.
2 Discipline helps your banks
3 Target profit and stop loss per day is a must.

So what`s next:

I plan to raise my starting bank at 250 euro and go from there hoping that i have my lessons learned.

I would like some suggestions at some low risk/starting strategies as well as any advice that the senior traders around here have for a newbie ;)

Also sorry for my english.

Cheers,
Comy

Information = knowledge

Keep visiting this forum -plenty of good traders on here willing to share their experience

The chat room for live trades - use small stakes, listen & watch

Study price movements in the different markets and how they are inter-related

Start with some basic strategies like the Adster Aperitif (you should have received a Member`s Starter Pack by now)

What nationality, Comy? There are separate language boards on this forum - French I can help, Von Trotta is the Italian supremo, Rbaars for Dutch
